Shrimps pasta marinated with Curry Leaves Spice powder

Ingredients:

shrimps: 300 grams
Bell pepper red -2
Green beans 100 gm
'Palem spices' Curry Leaves Powder - 1.5 table spoon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic cloves 4 
Noodles or pasta as per preference
Olive oil 

Preparation:

Step 1: Pic:1,2,3: Marinate the shrimps with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1.5 table spoon of Curry Leaves Spice powder and keep aside for 20min. 
Step 2: Pic 4: In the meantime, slice the bell peppers, garlic into thin slices. Cut the green beans  to preferred size.
Step  3: pic 5 and 6: Put 3 table spoon of oil into a wok pan and put half of the garlic.

Step 4: Once the aroma of garlic is released, add all the cut vegetables and stir fry. Add half tea spoon of salt and half tea spoon of pepper.

Step 4.5 Boil the pasta/noodles separately with some salt.

Step 5: Stir well and take the fried vegetables onto a separate plate.

Step 6: In the same wok, stir fry the marinated shrimps (no further oil is required). Take them out on to a separate plate.

Step 7: In the same wok pan put a table spoon of oil and add the rest of the garlic. 

Step 7.5: Stir well and add the boiled pasta into the wok. Stir for one minute and add then add the stir fried vegetables and shrimps and mix well. Keep the flame on medium for two more minutes and then turn off.

Step 8: pic 7: Serve with a sprinkle of spring onion greens or some heavy cream on the side (optional)
