Noodles or Pasta with Ginger Pickle

Veggie noodles /pasta with Ginger Pickle

 

Ingredients:

Bell pepper red 2

Green beans 100 gm

Brocolli 50 GM

Spring onions

Milk Cream

'Palem spices' Ginger pickle

Salt

Pepper

Garlic cloves 4

Noodles or pasta as per preference

Oil

Preparation:

Step 1: Slice the bell peppers, garlic into thin slices. Garlic. Cut the green beans and

brocolli to preferred size.

Step 2: Put 3 table spoon of oil into a wok pan and put half of the garlic. Once the

aroma of garlic is released, add all the cut vegetables and stir fry. Add half tea

spoon of salt and half tea spoon of pepper.

 

Step 3: Stir fry the vegetables well with salt and pepper and take the fried vegetables onto a separate plate.

Step 4: Boil the pasta/noodles separately with some salt.

Step 5: In the same wok pan put a table spoon of oil and add the rest of the garlic and

add one tablespoon of the 'Palem Spices Ginger pickle'.

Step 6: Stir well and add the boiled pasta into the wok. Stir for one minute and add the stir fried vegetables and mix well. Keep the flame for two more minutes and then turn off.

Serve with a sprinkle of spring onion greens   (optional)

 

 

Variation Chicken/meat/fish/shrimps noodles with Ginger paste:

If you want to make chicken noodles: you can cut down on a few vegetables (keep bell peppers and beans). And follow steps 1 to 4 above

Step 5:  In the same wok pan put a table spoon of oil and add the rest of the garlic and put the chicken (marinated with salt,pepper and oil for half hour).  Stir fry the chicken till half done.

Step 6: add one tablespoon of the 'Palem Spices Ginger pickle' and mix it with the chicken and fry on medium flame for one minute

.

Step 7:  Stir well and add the boiled pasta into the wok. Stir for one minute and add the

stir fried vegetables and mix well. Keep the flame for two more minutes and

then turn off.
